Drug cartell violence strikes again, why haven't we done something about this?? perhaps because our own government makes too much money off them to crack down on them? This is a shame, and you wonder why you have violent militias taking actions into their own hands? The situation is unbelieveable, and we can protect people in Iraq, but cannot even make it safe for our own citizens near our borders, I don't get it.

My cousin is in the DEA, stationed in Southern Texas. He has a very dangerous job. The media doesn't let out how bad it really is.

These Cartels are armed and trained soldiers.

It is very much a war-zone.

It's only gonna get worse.

I live in El Paso and know people on both sides of the war. It is getting really bad. I know people that moved from Juarez to El Paso just to get away from it and other people that have stayed in or traveled to Juarez and have been killed. The media is just downplaying it all.
