The FBI said Thursday that it had served more than 40 search warrants throughout the United States as part of an investigation into computer attacks on websites of businesses that stopped providing services in December to WikiLeaks.

Are the feds overstepping they're boundaries, or did the 'hactivists' make the wrong decision. Also, could this lay the groundwork for raiding of those with active support for wikileaks that aren't hacking anybody.


Either way this is (IMO) a blow to all those who support internet freedom, freedom of speech, and government transparency in the United States

"Hacktivists" Sorry had to get beyond that first.

Of course they are right to go after common criminals. That is what they do.

Hackers cost business and consumers huge amounts of money every year. Part of the cost of all products and services are in part from protecting against the little creeps.
