How in the BLUE hell do you use 2 webs at the same time on the PS2, ive been tryin for hours n hours and can i do it... NO ! damn things annoyin me now

I don't think you can. Unless you can somehow upgrade to it. Go jump off the Empire State Building, it's awesome.

and type into the search field "Spiderman 2 Strategy guide." I have it for pc and have had no use for firing 2 webs at the same time.

oh yeah online strategy guides are free.
