"Stefano" has obviously used this book: Programmed To Kill: The Politics of Serial Murder as the basis for his series.

I read this book a few years ago and found it to be an amazing read. I found this youtube series the other day and immediately thought of ATS. McGowan's research basically picks up where Mae Brussell left off concerning serial killers and their uses politically. A lot of this stuff (i.e. Henry Lee Lucas, Charles Manson etc... ) has been covered here on ATS before.

Of course, there is a reason I put this in Skunk Works, some of the material does seem to stretch it a bit, but then who is to say?

Discussions concerning individual cases by more learned members are most welcome.
