The FAA has launched an investigation after a mysterious greenish-yellow goo fell from the skies and splattered homes in Snyder, New York on Tuesday.

Homes along Washington Highway and Berryman Drive are now coated in yellow or green icicles. Walls and pavements are splashed with a bizarre deep brown substance.

The colour and texture of the goo immediately sparked fears of 'blue ice' - that is, frozen human excrement known to fall from airplanes passing overhead, ABC News reported.

However the FAA swiftly launched an investigation and discarded that possibility.
A spokesman told ABC: 'The local flight standards inspectors investigated the situation and determined it was not from an aircraft.'
So what could it be?

With all of the mysterious animal deaths going on, extreme weather, and now a strange colored "goo" falling onto a community... It seems like our planet is under assault from unseen forces. Where would this originate from? Is it similar to the Red Rain phenomena popularized in India? Could this be the residue of a meteor that burst in the upper atmosphere, adding to the theory of panspermia (life coming here from other planets via meteors/comets)?

Regardless, this is very weird, and I wouldn't want this getting into my groundwater. Thoughts?

The town waste engineer said they are looking in to it - and have already come across some rather distasteful theories.

Oh there will cover thiis up as they have also done with all the deaths of the animal life which has occured. Certainy and interesting article, makes you wonder why it is not on the mainstream news channels, are they is being prevented from announcing this to the public.

Great point. Why this got absolutely NO coverage on MSM is beyond me. You think that ratings would go up with stories like this. But then again, they are more concerned with keeping people dazzled by the latest celebrity rehad crisis or high speed chase.

Exactly you hit the nail riht on the head. Keep those the public distracted with all the celeb scandals and gossip. While without letting the rest of the population of the earth know that there is definately something happening with the planet right now. I am just waiting for the dbunkers to come in and start flamming, makes one wonder why they have not already been in

Like I am going to believe the waste engineer who coincidently works for the state. Always the coverup stories before the truth reveals itself. I do hope somones are analyzing this outside state and federal.

Might be n the newspaper,but it certianly has not been reported on the news channels, or main channels what so ever. Well it would surprise me one bit, if The Government was telling the news channels not to report this at all. They have done it before.

WIth this crap falling out of the sky in several states ( and if you look through the threads other junk has been falling) Id be more concerned about the human impact. Considering that myself and MANY others are suffering with some godawful thing in our sinuses that nothing cures.. not antibiotics, decongestants, otc, rx or surgery. Its ruining quality of life and folks are losing thei rjobs because this is no sniffle.. this is a debilitating funk going on in our deep sinuses with severe headaches and secondary infections.

Im finally agreeing with you wackadoodles.. something strange is happening and its too obvious now for me to deny!

Hey wait a minute. Think it has anything to do with the antifreeze colored stuff found in some canadian river? I seen a pic of it on one of the posts recently. Right around the start of the dead animal issues at the turn of the year.

Something in the air? Radioactive? Did we have any sort of explosion recently? Knocked down rockets? Hmmm now this is getting more strange by the moment.

It is strange, all these illnesses.
Everyone seems to have either a runny nose, cough, sneezing, sore throat, sinus problems, chest, cold symptoms, headaches, anything to do with respiratory.
Then you have Asthma, diabetes, crohns etc....
Everyone seems to be popping pills or taking something for some type of illness or infection .

We can`t be imagining all this.

Wow.... You guys and gals got me thinking... Could this be the result of chemical spraying above the storm clouds? And, because of the cloud cover, no would would be able to see chemtrails. I'm not suggesting that this is 100% the result of clandestine spraying, but it seems to fit the mold.

I would imagine it's either chemtrail spraying OR something from space that disintegrated above the clouds, like that red rain in India. Either way... it's NOT GOOD. And I would also bet that this will simply wash away and fade out of awareness, and that no test results will ever be made public. Further, these people should be on the lookout for unusual symptoms.

agreed ever since the new year I just cannot get rid of whatever I have. First it was sinus problems like you wouldn't believe followd by intense headaches( First time I have ever had a migraine that I can remember) and now I got this feeling in my chest the last week that I just cannot get rid of..It is really irritating too nothing I do gets rid of it

BINGO.
Something IS in our sinuses and someone knows what it is.
This "thing" in our sinuses can also move to the chest.
It is not a cold.
It is not the flu.

the FAA is in charge of the investigation?
what about the EPA?
hmmm sounds like a 'conclusion' has already been arrived at and they are working on how to spin it IMO

has any chemical analysis been done on this stuff?

Im older.. and I can tell you that being "sick" wasnt the norm previously. Respiratory illness wasnt a given every season.. certainly NOT whats been going on for the last 6 or so years.

Im a healthy person.. but this current thing even got me. Im scheduled to go in Feb to have a sinuplasty.. kind of like an angioplasty with the balloon. This specialist is completely booked and everyone is saying how strange it is that this is so prevalent all of a sudden. Well.. yeah.. its NOT normal. People are having these reactions in the deep sinuses and its swelling up and trapping mucus. The body is responding to SOMETHING. Its not initially an infection.. its more like an immune response similar to the body releasing histamines due to allergy. It turns into a secondary infection because he gunk breeds the regular bacteria that is common in the sinuses, infects the tissue and then infects the bone. I watched a guy on TV a few weeks ago explain that the gunk ate a hole through his tissue, through his bone, a part of his brain blobbed through and he had to have that tiny portion of his brain cut and fat from his abdomen used to plug the hole! The bone in the deep sinus is about the strength of an eggshell. The hubby and I kind of sat there with our mouths hanging open.. this is definitely NO sniffle or seasonal virus/bug. What have you ever heard of that selects the deepest sinus possible? I have NO congestion in my nose or outer sinuses. Its in the deep ones and prefer not to have a hole where my brain blobbs through.. The issue with it is when the eggshell bone is breeched it can cause brain infection from the bacteria going wild.

They act like this is a common thing.. thats what freaks me out. Its NOT common or normal.. never was until very recently. Its something in our environment that our bodies dont like.

WHat Im describing is just ONE thing. There are respiratory things that are just as scary. Theyre calling it asthma, COPD, or a simple upper resp infection.. but funny, nothing works for it.. nothing OTC or RX. I dont call quality of life or being well being hooked to a steroid inhaler just to breathe. The Drs act like its common now.. no big deal.. here's an inhaler that costs around 2K without insurance.

I HATE being a hysteric.. but its definitely something to keep an eye on and NOT normal, regardless of what the "experts" tell you. They forget, some of us are well over 40 and can recall a time when we werent hooked on all of these pills/inhalers/antibiotics/etc just to breathe or make it through "cold season".

The article says a woman reported this happening one year prior and it turned out to be bird poop from birds who got sick eating Mcdonald's food from the parking lot.

Don't know if that is the answer here, but that is what the article says.

Just thought I'd add something not so doom-n-gloom to this thread before everyone continued with connecting this event to the end of the world.

I dont recall anyone mentioning end of the world doom and gloom.. we have a new bug/bacteria/mold... and we arent taking control of it or even looking for an origin. We wont bother finding the source of the uptick because too much money is made by treating the symptoms alone.
