Coral Castle: Acoustic Levitation or the use of Magnetism to Lift Megalithic Stones?

How was the coral castle built? Was it through the use of acoustic levitation or some kind of magnetism? How exactly did one man, Ed Leedskalnin build such a structure all by himself?
