read me

This is going to sound strange but Just read it through because I don't have time to go into detail.

1.I'm in the miltary
I signed up for this site a few days ago
Ever since then the peep hole on my door was taken. Big gaping hole straight into my room. No pieces of it on the floor
I then noticed the droors connected to my bed had been opened and searched while I was gone.
They took nothing and they didn't seem to have romoved any contents but instead moved them around
I hear a single loud knock on my door every now and then late at night. Just one single knock around 0000 and up
Last night I decided to deadbolt my door. When I awoke this morning the door had been unlocked while I slept.
I feel like I am being watched. Clearly something strange is going on and I feel like I'm in the loop without knowing it.
I can hear running outside of my door. But no doors open. I'm terrified

Are you in AIT?, sounds like some pranks we used to pull on the new private going through training at Ft Gordon.

Doesn't sound like the best living conditions! Try this - unsubscribe from this website and see if the harassment stops (then when it does subscribe again to let us know about it!) ... or your other choice is to leave the Military.

Sounds like privates having fun in the barraks at your expense.

That's unfortunate. I don't mean to sound insensitive to your situation as it could be something legitimately strange. However as someone else mentioned, and I'm not even in the military, it does sound a bit like some pranksters. I apologize that I cannot offer any other help to you, but I do wish you the best in figuring out what in the world is going on. Goodluck!

I would say that you have some practical jokers on hand, or possibly a poltergeist.

If you really think it's a poltergeist, and want ATS on your side, you need evidence. Set up a camera, get proof, then post.

All my friends are on deployment. I'm injured and living on a base practically run by civilians.
I have been in for three years. Sounds like goofing with the privates? This isn't A school. No one lives on my wing of the fourth floor. Everyone is GONE. It happened again. The knock on my door. Its 0130.

I guess I'm posting as a Just in case. I'm 22 and in Everett WA. Lincoln CVN 72 is my boat. Navsta Everett is my current location. I live in the same building ass the restriction personal do.

Answer the door and be done with it. Really, it works. Get up, answer the door, and say don't F### with me anymore. Try it

Go outside and fire a couple of rounds off into the air. They will catch the drift.

But seriously, if is bad enough fot you to post your personal info "just in case" you need to back away from the pc, walk across the room, pick up the phone and dial 911!

If you sense danger contact the authorities ASAP

Bwahaha! Who said anything about hiding under the bed? He's in the military. He should have a firearm with him, and I for one would like to let 911 know that if my life is in danger they can be prepared to pick up a body or arrest an assailant. Why would anyone hide under the bed? That's ludicrous! That's just me though...

OP, trust your gut. Again, if you feel in danger call 911. Don't let feeling silly prevent you from doing so if you feel unsafe.

Oh I don't know. His personal belongings have been tampered with. Someone entered his residence without permission. They took his peephole, AND he said there were running footsteps and knocks on his door as he was posting.

But you are right. I would much rather be assaulted or killed and just let them have full use of my home as they see fit than I would call the police. Because that just isn't a manly thing to do. I stand corrected. He shouldn't call until they cause him harm. I completely forgot what 911 was for.

Step 1 : chilli powder around the spy hole.
Step 2 : a pin poked through a piece of clear tape and stuck on any door handle or draw handle will deter most from coming back.

Or a pin poked through clear tape and placed on the inside of the door with the pin cantered in the spy hole, which will cause major injury, therefore I don’t recommend it as you will get charged .

And I agree it’s a prankster. So it’s best not to hurt him too much. especially if it’s an officer .

Maybe you should run this by base security. At least put in a report like you've done here, though I'd skip the ATS angle

You could also try changing the locks. Figure out where you can hide down the hall so as to keep an eye on your door for a night, maybe use a small mirror to peep around corners.
