May be some people already know about this but it is worth promoting again for those that missed it the first time round, as it shows what length the Governments will go to in their effort in population control.

A really interesting article by Professor Donald W Scott who has with the use of the Freedom of Information Act over the years followed up and been able to piece together information to show that the American Military along with other western countries have been responsible for weaponising diseases to create biological weapons, in order to reduce the population.

What is particular disturbing is that many of the diseases which were once minor are now common. Some of the diseases he mentions which have been created by this method are Aids, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Alzheimer's Disease, Chron's Disease and many others all linked together by Mycoplasma.

Hmm... You can see why the black projects would rather stay in the dark. It really makes you wonder what goes through some peoples heads at times. It is good to see that they have a cure for it, but ten years on and the medial community is still in the dark is pathetic. Thanks for the post.

So... Where is the proof? The crazy Colonel Sanders looking Doctor SAYS he pieced together this information from documents obtained through the FOIA. So where are the documents? Why can't we see those rather than an interview in which he makes a variety of unsubstantiated claims that make no freaking sense?

So where are the documents?

There is quite an extensive reference and extended reading list in the paper 'Pathogenic Mycoplasma
- A Common Disease Agent Weaponised'

Yes. But those are magazines and periodicals which do not require the FOIA to access. It requires a library card, or in some cases an internet connection.

Where are the government records he claims to have?

The military has, literally, had decades to experiment with all sorts of toxic substances.

"Project Shad" comes to mind.

The world was so much different back in the post WW2 era and then the lead up to the cuban missile crisis and the nuclear arms race, etc..

The military exposed their own soldiers to certian chemical and biological agents in different settings just to see what would happen. In some cases it was in controlled settings. In some cases it wasn't. But in nearly all cases the soldiers were unknowingly exposed to potentially deadly substances and many of these programs are still classified.

I live about an hour and a half drive from Fort Greely here in Alaska which I believe was the first military installation ever to conduct open-air testing of biological and chemical weapons on their own base.

The full extent of this kind of experimentation on humans is unknown. Clear AFB, also here in Alaska, is suspected of also being used as a test-bed of sorts for open-air testing of chemical weapons but noone knows for sure. If it was, it is still classified.

There's also the sick and twisted experiments conducted on human subjects by the CIA over the last half century. I suspect that the majority of toxic substances that could potentially impact human physiology in any negative way (anything you can think of ) have probably been tinkered with for potential weaponization and/or "other uses".

There are a few pretty freaky websites out there where ex-military personnel have been telling stories of what they've seen and experienced. Military veterans that were, quite literally, used as ginuea pigs for god knows how many different classified programs, some of which are now declassified. Some of which aren't. Many of them have bizarre ailments and permanent disabilities because of these experiments.

The government still pays for medical research into biological and chemical weaponization and some of it is being conducted in the form of black budget programs. We have to assume that in some cases private companies are contracted to conduct specific kinds of research on animals and, in some cases, humans get exposed. We only know this because some people have risked their lives by coming forward with their stories.

I recently saw an episode of "conspiracy theory" in which the lead scientist for the research facility on a little parcel of land called Plum Island (remember the montauk monster?) basically admitted that human beings have been exposed and are still being exposed to diseases of all kinds there. Some people have since quit and come forward to tell their stories about working there because of the unsafe, unsecure, lax environment at the installation. Some people who worked at the plum island facility still have diseases that could've only come from there.

Plus, you have a certain portion of the black budget devoted to genetic research which, inevitably, is partially being conducted by private companies that noone can keep tabs on. There is literally no accountability for this kind of work. Senators, Congressmen, representatives from local communities.. These people have no idea what is going on right under their very noses. The military always gives us reassurances about these things and they answer to noone if it falls within the scope of a classified black op. If noone is allowed to know what they're doing, how can anyone be held accountable?

This is exactly what happened at Area 51 when the F-117 Stealth fighter was being developed. They didnt' want to truck out the toxic byproducts that were stacking up because they didn't want to gain attention to the base. So they burnt it in pits and multiple airmen lost their lives from being exposed to the fumes. When the families of the dead airmen filed a lawsuit against the government for information about how and why their loved ones died, President Clinton signed presidential determination 95-45, in which it was determined that the military didn't have to say anything.

Another example, None of the Senators or Congressman in my home state of Alaska even know what HAARP is really being used for. Not for a lack of trying to get answers either. And it's right in my own back yard.

My overall point with all this..

Our government and our military now have this huge treasure-trove of knowledge when it comes to what can be used for population control and what can't. They are also very good at dodging accountability for their actions. We know this from lawsuits in the past.

Alot of people read this stuff and think it's all hogwash. But if you really do the digging and start doing the research you find out how bizarre the truth really is.

I don't know the legality about copying and posting information on the internet received through the FOIA in America whether it can be done or not but if anyone wanted to follow up the leads and submit their own FOIA then they can make their own inquires.

If you read through the earlier links I posted then you will see that he does submit info regarding books and info he has used to make his case including the following -

US Senate, Ninety-fifth Congress, Hearings before the Subcommittee on Health and Scientific Research of the Committee on Human Resources, Biological Testing Involving Human Subjects by the Department of Defense, 1977; released as US Army Activities in the US Biological Warfare Programs, Volumes One and Two, 24 February 1977.

4. Dr Donald MacArthur, Pentagon, Department of Defense Appropriations for 1970, Hearings before Subcommittee of the Committee on Appropriations, House of Representatives, Ninety-First Congress, First Session, Monday June 9, 1969, pp 105-144, esp. pp. 114, 129
