Amazingly it appears gun laws are only enforced in blue states. They certainly weren't in Arizona.

It amazes me how violent all you americans are. Like people like ron paul are ridiculed. People like me who are passive, must be like an absurd man to americans, and many english, as its dangerous here too.

How would YOU know, YOU don't even know what our laws are in reference to carrying a hand gun. Here let me help you out , I've replied to you before in other threads and I know you don't do Google Searches.

And by the way, for your information, the system works, it's the loser's like that Sheriff that didn't do their job.

Handguns

•No permit is necessary to purchase these firearms
•No registration is required
•No licensing of owners of handguns is required
•There is a permit necessary to carry a handgun
Acquiring Guns

•It is illegal to sell or give a minor a firearm, or any ammunition, without written consent from the minor's parents or legal guardian
•It is also illegal to sell or transfer a firearm to a prohibited possessor (see below)
Prohibited Possessors

•A person who is deemed to be a danger to himself or others by court order, and whose court order has not been dismissed or terminated
•A person who has been convicted of a felony involving a deadly weapon and violence, and whose rights to possession of a firearm have not been restored
•A person who is currently serving imprisonment in a correctional or detention facility
•A person who is currently under probation for domestic violence, a felony offense, or any other cause for court-ordered probation
Carrying Firearms

•It is no longer illegal to carry a concealed firearm in Arizona
•It is illegal to carry a firearm at a public event or public establishment if the carrier has been asked by the operator of the establishment or the sponsor of the event to remove his or her firearm. This does not apply to shooting ranges or shooting events
•It is illegal, unless specifically authorized by law, to enter a polling station on the day of an election with a firearm
•It is unlawful to carry a weapon at a grade or high school. However, this does not apply if the firearm is carried by an adult in a vehicle, and if it is unloaded and not visible while in the vehicle
