Source: With Whole Bill

Here is the PDF

The first bill introduced to have a plan B for when the federal reserve notes finally crash. The writing is on the wall people!

What are you doing to prepare for such an event.

At least Virginia is trying to see what the easiest way to make a transition from the federal reserve notes as easy as possible.

The bill even admits the the following: Note the phrase "COLOR OF TITLE"

WHEREAS The Federal Reserve's currency has been designated "legal tender" under color of Title 31

WHEREAS "The Federal Reserve Note's ARE NOT REDEEMABLE in gold or silver coin

"All gold and silver coins of the United States are designated as LEGAL TENDER

Read the bill and see for yourself that the push back to "gold & silver" legal currency is gaining momentum and prepare accordingly.

Fantastic! Let's hope more states follow suit. I am sure the obamabots will sue to stop implementation.

This is great and all, but I thought it was unconstitutional for a state to have its own currency?

Edit: Nevermind. This is for the entire US, and its only requesting a subcommittee to be created to research if its necessary. Good to know people ar getting prepared.

Helium 3. Many space operations ongoing. The question is if China, Russia and Europe want to mine helium 3 on the moon and take the dollar out of the game when they can.

my point isnt to argue with you only to understand your post. If the Dollar fails why and what would make any other monitary system work. My opinion is that if the dollar colapses then it would be because of a colapse of western civilization caused the dollar to fail. the problem cant be remedied with new currancy is what I am saying. I'm not so fast to buy into the elitest movement. If only the rich have money what really will there money buy.Lets take this further. All the elites go under ground for the 12/21/2012 event. Or they are the only ones that are left after a Georgia Guidestones impliment of #1, my point is who will they rule over and what really can their wealth by in the aftermath

Actually the Constitution forbids States not only from coining their own money but also from accepting anything other than gold and silver as payment for debts.

Article 1 Section 10: "No State shall ... make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts"

So any State that uses Federal Reserve currency for things such as, you know, taxes, fees, etc. is acting unconstitutionally.

Which is currently all of them.

Having actually read 'Penetration' by Ingo Swann, when did the Space Ptb say it was ok for humans to mine the moon of anything...Lunar activity was shut down in the 1970's, when ManKind found out how small a step he really had made in the universe, and has only been talked about since....I'm not buying the Heluim3 ....bad conspiracy nice try though

WHEREAS, the Supreme Court of the United States in Lane County v. Oregon, 74 U.S. (7 Wallace) 71, 76-78 (1869), and Hagar v. Reclamation District No. 108, 111 U.S. 701, 706 (1884), has ruled that the States may adopt whatever currency they desire for the purposes of performing their sovereign governmental functions, even to the extent of adopting gold and silver coin for those purposes while refusing to employ a currency not redeemable in gold or silver coin that Congress has designated “legal tender”.

My point is that if someone had the balls to throw this bill for consideration while pointing to a bunch of court cases AND talking about police powers to "protect" Virginians, they might know something we do not and we should act accordingly by getting out hands on some gold/silver.
