This was an act of extreme Republican rhetoric. Sarah Palin is happy today. Her minions are following her directions. She asked to have this Congresswoman shot. Her name was on the crosshairs on a map she signed. Sarah Palin's should be charged with Cyberbullying under "H.R.6123: Megan Meier Cyberbullying Prevention Act" and "Criminal negligence". Both can be easily proven in the case of Arizona Congress women "Gabrielle Giffords" being shot by Jared Lee Loughner (who is a victem of MK-ULTRA)

I have to say, that ad just chills me. I mean, it couldn't be any clearer what the suggestion is. I'm a big fan of the 2nd amendment. I've owned guns, I've had a CCW. It's obvious this is gonna be a gun grab, big-time, and it's a shame for all of us responsible gunnies.. I understood Palin to be very dangerous, I mean she was basically angling for the same thing to happen to barack obama during the '08 campaign, which is why he had(and continues to have, as president) so many death threats. Lemme tell ya something.. You guys on the far right(not directing that at you, dogdish, just saying generally) had better step up and reject this behavior. this situation is a nightmare anyway, but, it's especially a nightmare because congresswoman Giffords is, not only a sitting member of congress, but an attractive white woman, which, as we all know, is highly prized in american society.

This isn't a black or hispanic person, which americans generally assign less worth (and airtime) to. This woman has friends. the guy who did it is white, so no blaming it on a random person of color. No arabs or mexicans to take the blame. the far right is the focus. the BIG dogs are coming on this one. . all you fools spouting violent #, the becks, the palins, o'reilly, and you, their followers, are about to get a serious wake-up call. I have a white friend who wanted to know what it was really like to be black in america, how I deal with the suspicion, the racism, the extra scrutiny.

I always tell people. Don't blame the Government or the authority for the jobs you do for them. Blame your self for not thinking straight.

This persons problems isn't a government problem. Its is a community problem more then anything. The community that surrounds these types have to take action. The government will do squat until he does something illegal. But if the community are just as ignorant to the people living within their own community. Types like this will at some point go the distance and kill some one.

It doesn't matter what political side this person is on at all. He still has his own personal views about politics and the American system. A view no one actually know, because no one really cared,, not until now. But its to late to prevent anything now, or to figure out what political side he was on. He has already done his job. It is to late.

The question people should be asking themselves right now is: what can we do to prevent the next person from doing the exact same thing. Because both side right or left have people who are capable of actions like this.

Noam Chompsky covers very difficult material. Also, sometimes his speeches are recorded with poor recording equipment. Mr. Chompsky has taught me new ways to look at things. Get a hold of a good recording and hopefully you can both enjoy it.

This thread is showing what ATS is about. Which is anything but deny ignorance. It is one thing to speculate conspiracies it is completely another to take advantage of murder to fulfill your political aims and try to bolster your arguments.

Where is Mrs. Palin happy at? Do you have some inside information on this? Where did she ask this congresswoman to be shot? You are connecting what you want to connect out of deep hatred. You run the line that this young man walked and look where it lead him.

You're right on. Palin had this Congress women as one of those in her infamous "cross hair" targets during the elections. I agree! I think it prudent to at least open an investigation of these folks and see if the joint-responsibility rule may apply here. Now, there could very well be nothing to it, but I think there is enough on the public record to warrant an investigation.
