All I see is this country going faster and faster in the downward spiral of the NWO. Socialism is taking over the world. Before long you will see NATO go away and more of EU Type group taking over the world. Its enough to make you want to find a deep dark hole to crawl into. Bozo Obama at his finest! I wouldn't object to him being impeached. He really hasn't done a da*n thing for the country. He's worrying about this when the unemployment rate is still high, we're still engaged in two wars we should have never entered into in the first place and the list goes on!

We had better start exercising our right to free speech and assembly NOW because they'll be gone soon if we don't. We don't have to march on Washington, state capital would do just fine if we get a good turn out. Let's get organized and do it!

There is no way I will get a "ID" to use the world wide web! I refuse to conform to this! I lived without the internet from 1990 to 2000. I didn't get off of dial-up until 2008! I live in rural Alabama and lived without any technology until I enlisted in the Air Force. My degree is in Management of Information Systems. I work with computers all day. So when I get home, I could care less if I see a computer, tv, cell phone or any other device. As a matter of fact, it is supposed to snow and sleet pretty bad and we are expecting to loose power by tomorrow night. That is right up my alley! I will sit by the fire and read a book. I know that I am on here, but this is where I try to get the REAL information as to what is happening in the world. I never trust the Media or the government!

With our country in a financial crisis, what we need is more regulation, more safety, more laws. This will flop just like the under skin chip. People would just hack the thing. Why can't some people just rule over other people like family, instead of like paranoid tyrants? So afraid we going to learn the truth, so afraid we're going to have more power. Heaven forbid you wouldn't have control over every spec of people on the planet. This is insanity in my eyes.

To the powers that be. The cat is out of the bag, you can't put it back in now. And, the American people know something is wrong. Every stupid thing you do is making you look worse and worse. Just stop lying to us, stop hurting us, and let's move the hell on. Would it be so wrong if we had peace, prosperity, and sanity? Please.

I know internet cafe, free access points, libraries or any public accessable computer is a common target for identity theft... Its more common than you think the problem is often they will wait a long time to use the stolen ID's this way it make it virtually untraceable to find how/where they were acquired thus not compromising the lucrative source of the ID's. One thing that's common too is to just steal the ID's and resell them in lists on the black market... Its not very advertised in the new neither is the loss per year that banks lose to crackers and cyber fraud... The reason behind it is simple... Whats the first thing you would do if one morning you wake up and the first thing you see on the news is your bank has been hacked??? And which is the last bank you'd go to if you heard on the news they were hacked??? Doesn't matter what type of hack it is... something as simple as a DDOS in the news will be referred to as "hacked" and will be bad business for the bank itself...

The scary fact is that you DON'T hear about it much in the news and its very bad... ID theft has sky rocketed in the last couple of years and still don't get much attention or coverage its like if certain companies wish to keep both eyes closed to it... I don't know if its by design or if they can somehow profit out of this but its bad... I live in the middle of nowhere I mean past 10pm getting a cheese burger is right next to impossible... and still the local bank was targeted by ID thieves this summer and some people got their cards clones at the local ATM, they had installed a card reader with built in memory and a small hidden cam...

There's rings of thieves I heard of because I'm very well immersed in the cyber security culture that travels across Canada installing such devices and waiting a couple weeks than going to fetch the stolen infos... The people that cloned cards here this summer were apparently from Ontario and I'm in New-Brunswick.

Amen brother... I know your pain... when I get out of work the last thing I want to be around is a computer... I moved recently and didn't get cable tv reconnected right away and then I noticed a month had past and I didn't even care for it anymore... I'm actually happy when something good is on the 2 channels I can get with the antenna... Instead of sitting there zapping 800 channels TRYING to find something good...

Soon as I get a chance I jump on my 4wheeler and get as FAR AS POSSIBLE from anything that works with electricity and just lay there and listen to the silence in the middle of the woods there's no better therapy than that...

Cause you will be slipping that little laminated Internet I.D card into a bar code reader connected to a thumbprint machine. Just sayin.

It may be optional, but that won't stop employers from possibly requiring that employees have them to use at work (possibly). Then, maybe when you send an email related to work from home, you might have to use the ID. Thus, it can become tied into private life.

In the business world, if you really have to verify the content of an email coming from someone, though...the simple thing to do is to pick up the phone and call that person.

Google has introduced "verified" emails. (I may be confusing the name.) If an email is confirmed to come from a domain like paypal.com, then Google will show an icon that indicates it is valid / verified. This is nice for security, but such a system for individuals could be disastrous for privacy. It might reduce spam if we are to think on the bright side.
