Socialism means the people come first and not the corporations, Socialism makes sure that cache of pills you take in the morning is safe and won't kill you, Socialism keeps your local FD, PD, EMS made constantly available to you.
That is rubbish. Corporations always exploit a monopoly position in any socialist state. State run corporations are the least efficient means of organization of the collective capital of the people. My local FD,PD, and EMS are all paid for by property taxes and use fees. That is land owners pay for it because they are the ones that benefit most from the services. Those who do not own property use these services as a free ride if they are to poor or pay a small fee if they are not.
Socialism does not make your pills any safer then the threat of law suits if they are found defective by the plaintiff's discovery. Legal recourse is paid for by the court systems users. Court cost are levied on the loser of the legal argument. That is what keeps your pills safe not socialism.

Look, it's obvious you want socialized medicine in the US. I get it. Your guy Obama worked overtime for that little gem. But I think differently. I'm into personal responsibility. I'm against any government that wants to tell you what to do. I'm against that kind of control.
But hey, if this is what you want then Obama must seem like Christmas to you.
Rock on my socialist friend!

So, forcing insurance companies to pay outrgeous medical fees solves the problem?
Point 1. The insurance companies will close shop. They won't make any money.
Point 2. The government steps in, and controls all aspects of your life. Don't eat bacon, not healthy, don't drink/smoke/eat red meat, we don't want you to have a heart attack!
Letf, right, who gives a rats patootie! It is government take-over of your life.

It's a free market system for heavens sake! Now you're against companies trying to make money?
C'mon!
This is border-line communism now.

Wow, time out. I am guessing you are either very young, or very ignorant. Perhaps both.
You clearly have no understanding of the Constitution whatsoever, and should really educate yourself on it before attempting to debate it.
The Constitution in no way guarantees no one should go without.
How one can even come close to taking that away from the Constitution clearly shows a level of ignorance on the topic that is absolutely astounding.

I am forever for any company being allowed to make as much as they want, that is in part what keeps the economy going but at what point does putting profits before people become problem? Since these companies failed to "self regulate' themselves Govt had to step in.

Wise beyond your years? Evidently not.
The Constitution provides no authority for the government to act in a socialistic manner.
Government is very limited by the Constitution, but sadly they have overstepped their bounds long ago.
If you are so knowledgeable, perhaps you could explain how you came to believe a statement in the preamble conveys any powers.
The preamble confers no powers whatsoever, it is merely an introduction.
Again, educate yourself on a topic before trying to debate it. By the sound of it, you need years of education on the Constitution in order to intelligently discuss it.

As to mental and intellectual proficiency myiq is between 150 - 170 which makes me smarter then roughly 7,5 - 7,9 people out of 10 so that makes what I say as fact.

uh, no it's not.
Yes it is, like it or not.

Perhaps the delicate genius can one day learn the difference between a comma (,) and a period (.).
That makes what you say a fact? Go away little troll boy.
so that makes what I say as fact.

One tool I have used in the past is to look and mentally argue the point from the opposing side. It helps define your argument. So you see big government as a plus, as a "friend" to help those who need it, correct?
Sorta like a big brother, huh?
Welcome to socialism. Prices will rise as the number of providers decline. This just proves that stupid liberals don't think about the consequences of their actions.
Section 9006 of the health care bill -- just a few lines buried in the 2,409-page document -- mandates that beginning in 2012 all companies will have to issue 1099 tax forms not just to contract workers but to any individual or corporation from which they buy more than $600 in goods or services in a tax year.
The stealth change radically alters the nature of 1099s and means businesses will have to issue millions of new tax documents each year....
The bill makes two key changes to how 1099s are used. First, it expands their scope by using them to track payments not only for services but also for tangible goods. Plus, it requires that 1099s be issued not just to individuals, but also to corporations.... money.cnn.com...

This has nothing to do with Big brother. This has everything to do with keeping the playing field level so that no larger entity takes advantage of a smaller entity.
