abduction reports...

with a handful of sites devoted to ufo sightings, ive yet to find any that document "common" abduction cases (common, as in, not the people who go on tv about it).

does anyone know of a site/messageboard devoted to abductions? im interested in seeing which states have the most reports/times of year/etc...as well as a place for people to share their experiences.

if this has been covered on here before, i apologize...but i would like to know. thank you.

I was just dozing off and saw a bunch of shadow figures in my room, I was scared they could control me so I pushed them away with my mind.

In my opinion there's nothing you can do to get abducted. Whatever the abduction phenomenon is and whoever is behind it I have no idea but I'm pretty sure there's nothing you can willingly do to be abducted.

But if you have to ask how to get abducted because you want to be abducted then I'd suggest you seek some emotional or psychological counseling first.

agreed, completely. i dont think you can ask to be abducted...and even if you could, why would you?

It's like this rocket lad...some people on this board have such a deep desire to be a part of the alien abduction/UFO phenomenon that they're willing to allow themselves to be abducted. Many will just skip asking, find some small scars, hit the net and find "evidence" that backs the origin of their scars. Then they "remember" missing time, scurry to this board and post their experiences.

It's no different from the vampire community. Or the bigfoot community or race groups. It's all the same...nobody is satisfied with being a part of something...they have to be part of the mythology itself to make themselves feel special.

admittedly, i dont know for a fact my experience was an abduction. it could have very well been just a dream, followed by me waking up to see a cut (2" in length) that wasnt there before. ive considered regressive hypnosis, as an avenue to find out what it really was...but in the mean time, i was hoping to talk to those who knew for a fact they had been abducted, and see if with all the details of my experience, they thought i had been.

My suggestion would be to look at every possible explanation keeping abduction the last in line. I've woken up with black eyes and scars I've never noticed as well and when all is said and done...I have nightmares and I get physical.

Just walk carefully in the UFO community, there's alot of people out there willing to fill your head with junk and empty your pockets of money.

You could have scratched yourself in your sleep.. or someone sleeping with you. Also if you have pets it's possible they are the culprit.

fingernails were trimmed, i was alone, and dont have pets that roam the house. there's nothing in the immediate area i could have cut myself on. i dont have a history of sleep-walking (though its a possibility..). so i dunno...

If you think there is something very unusual going on when you are asleep, it is best to go to a DOCTOR first. He/she can listen to your symptoms and then might recommend you going to a sleep lab. That would confirm or remove the possibility of any common kind of sleep disorder. Sleep apnea can be dangerous. (Stop breathing while asleep) There are other disorders, too.
Then, if you are ok in a sleep lab, take your concerns to a person QUALIFIED and of GOOD REPUTATION in regressive hypnosis. That will, most likely, uncover any other problems of a paranormal nature.

Might I ask if you would share the "dream" part of your experiance?

i can remember very little of the "dream". it happened 2 weeks ago. the bulk of what i saw/experienced/"dreamt": im laying on a table, looking up. i can see 3 beings/people standing over me, looking down...everything seems blurry. then im standing up in what seems like a fairly large room, being talked to.

when i woke up that morning, i couldnt remember many details, or what was said. a glance in the mirror allowed me to see about a 2", straight cut on my shoulder -- it wasnt there when i went to sleep, and nothing around my bed could have cut me, and i was alone in the house.

do you remember anything about what the room looked like?

not much...i remember tiled floors, or something that looked like tiled flooring (maybe just a large grid?). room seemed mostly white/grey. there was a large display or window in/on the wall that i was facing.

I don't believe I was ever abducted because I don't remember ever being abducted.
But I was reading something on how some people have a mark on their shoulder after they are abducted.
I have this black piece of "lead" in my right shoulder blade.
It looks like the tip of a pencil, but I don't ever remember getting stabbed by a pencil or anything.
I asked my doctor about it and she said it was a mole.
I only noticed it about 4 years ago.
The first time I noticed it I tore out the skin and I could see the piece of lead, but I couldn't take it out with anything.
The skin grew back and it just looks like a green bulging birth mark.
It's about the size of the head of a thumbthack.
I still haven't taken it out.
I don't really worry about it anymore though.
