I promised to show Benevolent Heretic some of my art. Here are three samples: an illustration, a quatrain and a little film.

I drew this illustration and wrote the quatrain to accompany it in 1984. At the time, I thought I was playing with iambic pentameter. Now, I realize it was a prophecy - a totally accurate prediction of the Social Networking Phenomenon and the Obesity Pandemic!

NOTE: The illustration is framed, and I photographed it through glass - couldn't get rid of the glare and distortion at the bottom. Too lazy to take it apart.

It's a joke.

Neither the cat nor the mice really know who they're talking to, or that it could be dangerous [social networking phenomenon] - but they just lie around networking and chatting, and getting fat [the obesity pandemic].

Thanks.
