The idea in theory is not a bad one but think of Community spirit; would best suit smaller suburbs where you live and get to know one another for community meet ups, swap meets and recycle days. Start there.

I'm in one now with all the un CIA aligned Tesla researchers.
Hard to find who I'm in with but thats the fun of life.
The secretes are right out in the open from Tesla himself.
Since society wants Tesla to be a secret we have a ready
made secret society.
