Isn't perfecting Helium-3 fusion kind of moot until we have a bunch to play with?

Plus, if the fusion process were perfected with Earth He-3 and seen as an answer to the world's energy problems, you wouldn't want to say... "OK now lets take the next 30 years to figure out how to go get a lot."

thanks for clearing this up... ive been hearing for at least 5 years now that u can buy a part of the moon and get this certificate and i was like WTF who is selling this lol...

makes sence now... people will buy anything
