For individuals who engaged in such activity at screening points, it instructs TSA operations to obtain the identities of those individuals and other applicable information and submit the same electronically to the Homeland Environment Threat Analysis Division, the Extremism and Radicalization branch of the Office of Intelligence & Analysis (IA) division of the Department of Homeland Security.

For “any person, group or domestic alternative media source” that actively objects to, causes others to object to, supports and/or elicits support for anyone who engages in such travel “disruptions” at U.S. airports (as defined above) in response to the enhanced security procedures, the [applicable DHS administrative branch] is instructed to identify and collect information about the persons or entities, and submit such information in the manner outlined [within this directive].
Internal Memo from between Napolitano to John Pistole, head of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA)

Looks like the police state starts at the TSA and DHS with Janet Napolitano and her crew of cronies. I think this needs to be copied and sent to as many Americans as possible. We cannot rely on th emedia to keep us informed of these types of developments. For anyone to voice their objection to the tactics likened of Nazis by the TSA then be placed on a list for practicing their freedoms within a supposed free nation is downright tyranny.

The pace has quickened, the DHS and its cronies are in domestic attack mode and it will get worse as time goes by without somebody standing up to the insanity of the US gov boys.Gawd almighty when is the pushing back gonna start?
It seems americans are being cowed into a totalitarian state with ease.
The so called leaders are sociopaths and worse with not one morsel of pity between them
The future looks bleak right now......

Its going to get crazy real fast. There is no need to place free people on any list for voicing their own opinions. Our leadership from the top down is nothing but a POS.

...supports and/or elicits support for anyone who engages in such travel “disruptions” at U.S. airports...

So does this mean that they are watching themselves? I agree there has been much controversy about their reasons, methods, effectiveness and safety with body scanner implementation. They are trying to make flying safe, so kudos there, but like so many other programs quickly pushed through it does raise questions of cost / benefit. If they are receiving a lot of complaints then it is good they are trying to get information to help review and improve procedures. If they are using this information to build a black list to intimidate concerned travellers then that is very naughty.

I was contacted by a source within the DHS who is troubled by the terminology and content of an internal memo reportedly issued yesterday at the hand of DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano.
Source of original story

I sourced where the story came from. And as a side note which I do not do at all but in this case I think it needs to be such. I retired from Federal Law Enforcement and have many friends & former colleagues that in which we all still communicate on a regular basis to discuss current events. One of them who is involved with operations at DHS has validated this memo. As such, I have no reason to discount it's accuracy & its validity.

This is why we haven't seen an actual "push back".

No one believes the info until it's too late. The Feds have done an outrageously good job of conditioning people to reject almost each and every messenger.

Cointelpro at it's best.

Looking in on America from the outside, you're not moving towards a police state, you're already in one.

The dissemination of the document itself is restricted by virtue of its classification, which prohibits any manner of public release. While the document cannot be posted or published, the more salient points are revealed here

The internal memo is real ? How are you going to get anyone to believe that , solely on your word and the word of some reporter ?

As for you having retired from Federal Law Enforcement , well that carries about as much weight as this alleged memo .

I'm a retired astronaut , I walked on the moon during one of my missions , and I know for a fact that this is where they are taking the abductees and all those missing children . There are hundreds of FEMA camps there , that they are going to use before the world ends in 2012 , due to a war with the alien invaders .

It's all in a memo I have stored in my files , but since this document is restricted by virtue of it's classification , you will just have to take my word for it .

See how that works ?

I wonder how long it will take for them to widen their scope. Discussion boards will have their own TSA agents.

For every person that let themselves be un-constitutionally violated by TSA whether they protested or not was just another nail in the coffin that our freedoms will be buried in.

History repeats itself. The programmed masses were too busy shopping or racing home to get their MSM fix.

The alleged memo fits the pattern of progression that we have seen from DHS. Napolitano advocates the use of questionable X-ray equipment on the citizens, the groping of American tax payers, threats of arrest and any other humiliation deemed reasonable by uneducated, power hungry TSA agents that lets face it probably couldn't land a job any other place. Have you seen the snitch video at the end of Walmart check out lanes? Napolitano has reached out to the discerning minds of Walmart shoppers. Given the pattern I'll bet the memo exists.

We're screwed.

the easiest way to see if a memo is real is to look for actual out comes laws rules ect , now the strange thing is go to dhs.gov and see if there is any rules regs that would be part of said memo, ie how to respond to one that refuses search and xray, how to spot a threat or recognize a potential threat, what to do if one says no to Xray or pat down search, how to report such person. have fun reading they seem to hide this stuff, in plan site.
