At this point we may as well be a mass of sheep. People surrender their rights left and right without even a thought of opposition. Our government has taken such a stance that even the most benevolent citizen is at risk. Our forefathers never imagined such a powerful police state. What will it take for people to wake up? Will they have to be in cuffs sitting with habeus corpus suspended to realize that our government has grown WAY out of control? I am bracing for another civil war, and if need be I will take part in it. This has gone too far, and someone has to pay for this intrusion.

I guess when the masses stop becoming exploitable. Than it will finally cease.

Until then, I am expecting some exploitation.

I hear you friend. I think the People are waiting for a Leader, someone to tell them what to do. This is that way of humanity, they will follow orders, and listen to one who speaks what they want to hear, but they are like sheep with it comes down to it. You cannot demonize them for that, where would soldiers be without command?

For myself I am banking on a change up on Capital Hill real soon now. I am hearing much chatter about Restore America, and I am hoping the transition will be peaceful and no one will get hurt. Nonetheless, I too am bracing for some kind of internal conflict or war action. I know the military is on our side here, and the FBI seems to be. The only real opposition sits in an ivory tower on Capital Hill, and in the various bank offices around the Nation. We are a Republic, not a Democracy, and never was one.

The citizens of the US will NEVER rise-up in mass and rebel.

Civil War in the United States is NOT possible as things are today.

State Governments must choose to have open rebellion against the Federal Government for a Civil War to be even remotely possible and at present there are NO States willing to defend their boarders.

A centralized Federal Government is so deeply entrenched in the minds of the citizen that returning to States Rights rule would be as if a foreign government was now controlling this country.

There is only one way that the Federal Government could lose their complete control over this Nation.

The complete loss of our technology in a single incident, EMP either from a solar flare or by high altitude detonation of a large nuclear device over the heartland. This would cripple EVERYTHING and EVERONE sending us back to the 1800’s in a blink of an eye and not even the Federal Government could survive a event so devastating.
OR an Celestial or Earth based event that was large enough to wipe out our technology. Say like the Yellowstone caldera exploding or maybe an asteroid in the 100 meter range hitting the west coast.

Loss of our technology would cripple the Federal Government so badly that they would lose control.

Heck an invasion from a foreign Government would not even come close to rocking the Federal Government off of their cat-bird seat.

So, when I see post like this one it is only a pipe dream. The complete over-throw of the “WE THE PEOPLE” government has already happened. Friend you DO live in a Police State TODAY, worst than any that have existed before. Every action is monitored , even this posting. The only reason that we are still in our homes is that is where they want us, right now anyway.

There seems to be a victim mentality going on here. I mean, do you feel that you are "the masses"? Do you feel your being exploited? See, victims often feel hopeless, and powerless. Thus, being a victim your entire life.

TPTB are very well aware of that.

While we hope a good leader will arise we can prepare.

Protests of course are absolutely useless. As one ATS commenter who works in DC said, there are protests ever day of the week in DC The media and the politicians ignore protests, phone calls, faxes, and e-mails unless they can be used to advance TPTB's agenda.


HOW TO FIGHT

The biggest thing to remember is that TPTB has set up a very successful "Lets You and He Fight" scenario between the left and the right. That means first and foremost stay away from religion. Stay away from race and immigration and any other hot points. Our focus is to get rid of the root problem the Bankers who are bankrupting this country and the red tape that is strangling small business.

The key is to remember we have been given the weapons to fight TPTB, and no I am not talking about guns.

The biggest Achilles Heel of TPTB is the local and state governments. TPTB has tried to control it by using controlled "grassroots" organizations called NGOs who lure young "Activists" into the likes of the World Wildlife Federation. SEE: www.ogiek.org...


FREE SPEECH:
For a couple years now I have pass out information on index cards at farmers markets, flea markets and auctions. I ask people to get educated about the FED and Fractional Reserve Banking and pass the information on to ten others. Stay away from big shopping malls that do not allow "solicitating" 501c Churches are not allowed to be active in politics, however since you are not campaigning but educating you may be able to hand out the index cards at churches. My list is at the bottom of this post.

I jot down a few words that will bring them to the right section in google. I use hand printed index cards often written on the spot so I come across as someone interested in helping people get educated and not as a paid agent handing out propaganda.

Inform the public and THEN pass state laws.

We have a RIGHT to a trial by jury in criminal matters or in civil matters over $20. Jurors have the RIGHT to NULLIFY laws. That is what "case law" is all about.

State nullification is the idea that the states can and must refuse to enforce unconstitutional federal laws.

In the many discussions across several states, questions have arisen concerning exactly how the "Tenth Amendment Resolution" will help....

The principal motivation came from the myriad of federal mandates which have been placed and are planned to be placed on the states. State legislatures feel they have little choice but to implement these mostly-unfunded mandates and pass the cost for implementation to the state taxpayers. For most state legislators, this is a very frustrating dilemma.

The Tenth Amendment assures that we, the people of the United States of America and each sovereign state in the Union of States, now have, and have always had, rights the federal government may not usurp. Article IV, Section 4 says, "The United States shall guarantee to every state in this Union a republican form of government.....", and the Ninth Amendment states that..."The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people".

We have, through apathy and lack of will, allowed federal legislators and bureaucrats to assert their will over us and commandeer our funds for their own use.... most of it today outside the authority granted to them by the Constitution.

When a state passes this resolution proclaiming its sovereignty, that state may then claim exemption to most federal mandates under the Tenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution....

Eighteen states have recall provisions. Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington, and Wisconsin all have recall of some kind available to their voters. Only seven of these states require any grounds.

Actually, there are many ways the government could lose power over the people. I think you need to read about this site a little more, before making sweeping statements like that, friend. What do you think would happen if every American stayed home for a week or two? How about if when Tax Day came, and not one cent was payed in? What do you think would happen if a half million people surrounded Capital Circle and refused entrance or evacuation?
