Misuse Of Anti Terror Laws Against An English Plumber

Ian Puddick, owner of a successful plumbing company, intercepted a text message meant for his wife, a secretary employed by Guy Carpenter, a huge transnational financial company. It was a mms of his wife's boss, a leading board member of the reinsurance giant, Guy Carpenter masturbating. Puddick spoke to his wife and she admitted she was having an affair with her boss. They decided to work on their marriage and she applied for a different post within the company away from the director. The ex lover wouldn't allow her to do this and made her continue in her job and lie to her husband.

Puddick contacted other directors of Guy Carpenter's informing them of the affair and asking them to intervene. The directors refused stating that it was a private matter. Puddick began telephoning and texting business associates of Guy Carpenters with the intention of further exposing the indiscretions of his wife's ex lover, then the sh1t really hit the fan!

Puddick states:
Guy Carpenter are a division of a global umbrella corporation, Marsh McLennan, who in 2004 also acquired "the CIA of wall street", a global private espionage firm called Kroll. Ian Puddick received a phonecall from a Mr. Benedict Hamilton, an employee of Kroll who said: "you have no idea who you're f.......g with, we have deep deep pockets and we will f....k you like you've never been f...ked before". The City of London Police secure a counter terrorist directorate covering Ian Puddick. With this high court order Kroll were permitted to monitor all communications of Ian Puddick, his company and his employees. In August 2009 they obtained a second court order and the police conducted a dawn raid involving 12 - 16 armed counter terrorist officers on Ian's office and company accountants. All computers, laptops, mobile phones, satellite navigators, digital cameras were impounded and sent to the High Tech Crimes Laboratory for forensic examination. Under arrest, Puddick declined a lawyer and confessed to contacting directors of Guy Carpenter's and their clients. The Police interview lasted 30 mins. He was subsequently charged with non violent harrassment. The harassment case was due to be heard in April 2010. In March 2010, [name removed due to City Of London Police censorship request] resigned from Guy Carpenters after 30 years with the company, and the case was dropped. Ian created internet sites to publicise the affair and his subsequent treatment. (He made no threats and stated that he would use all peaceful and legal means to expose the injustice). After publishing the websites, he was quickly arrested by City of London police's murder squad, again for non violent harrassment, and was given a verbal warning by the police. Ian has been conducting a publicity campaign at speakers corner, handing out leaflets, and publishing via internet sites to draw public attention to the ongoing saga of a justice system seemingly gone wild. He has taken his story to the Houses of Parliament and presented his case to MPs Theresa May and David Davies as evidence of the abuse of section 44 of the terrorist act. Ian is currently being pursued for defamation by [name removed due to City Of London Police censorship request], and will appear in court on Monday 13th December, represented by Michael Wolkind QC.

The prosecution had mislaid their paperwork, so the case was reassigned to another court date, but a few days later Puddick's house was broken into. All the paperwork relating to the defence was taken in what the local police described as a professional job.

This is a pretty interesting case, Puddick is utilising the internet, Facebook and Twitter to full effect as well as putting out flyers and speaking at Speakers corner in London in order to embarrass the police and Kroll and to publicise his case.

well, this guy is due to have a horrific accident or a heart attack...after that there won't be anymore problems. people that threaten wealth are dealt with accordingly.

this is a wonderfully illustrative example of The Golden Rule. he who has the gold makes the rules. period. the entire world operates on this principle, just in varying degrees. it's as much a part of human nature as anything you could think of. i wonder if we'll ever get past it. check back in 10,000 years or so.

this poor sod. there's literally nothing he can do here. no amount of blogging or speaking to whomever can bring justice.

This is much bigger than the fate of a single individual now.

Interesting as he talks of the City of London Police. The City of London Police is seperate from the Usual Metropolitan Police, that operates in London. I think the City of London is almost like its own province, has its own mayor and police force. Now from my experience those police are to protect the interests of the city.

It's scary when you know certain wealthy individuals in our society can use the Police force as their own personal hit squads.

Sounds like he has a great case of 'Deprivation of Liberty' as well all the other misdeeds going on. Needs a good lawyer, good publicity and start putting those people in the ivory towers into the real world. We need responsible people in positions of power, not conflicts of interest.
