Wikileaks: All 250,000 cables reported leaked in Norway

According to a report today in Norway's top business publication, the Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten has managed to get a hold of the entire "Cablegate" database of some 250,000 diplomatic cables—Wikileaks has not granted any news organization this access, and has instead been providing access to relatively small batches, one at a time (what the Herald Sun calls "drip-feeding"). How did Aftenposten get access? They won't say, and Wikileaks won't either, but one guess could involve the database being stored on a server within Norway.

Very very interested. It seems like they plan to release the documents full-steam ahead, undermining WikiLeak's planned release schedule.

Personally I hope they don't dump all the big news at once, to keep it so it stays in the news longer. A little quicker pace wont hurt though, and this announcement is sure to launch the cables (leaked leaked cables LOL) into the headlines again.

What are you talking about? Wikileaks didn't release the cables early to get attention. Somebody supposedly "stole" them.

First you say they are trying to get attention by NOT releasing them early, now you say their trying to get attention BY releasing them early. You make no sense.

So everything that involves WikiLeaks is a conspiracy? EVERY SINGLE THING? What *isn't* a conpspiracy to you? Anything? How is WikiLeaks "fooling us"?
