CAN'T UPLOAD PICTURES TO ATS: Cannot use the picture or media facility

I can't upload any pictures to the ATS site. That means I can't have an avatar etc. I try to log in to the ATS Video section but it won't let me. I am using Firefox 3.6.13.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

EDIT: I also tried it on Internet Explorer. It won't work on that either. Is it a cookie issue?

To log in to upload pictures click tools (on the blue bar top menu) then click pictures, then you can log in to the image area.

The click upload / change photos on the bottom left

Thanks, but that's what I have been trying to do for weeks. It won't let me log in using my user name and password. At first I thought it must be a temporary problem so left it and went back. However, it's getting boring now.

Does nobody have a solution?

Another person is having the same problem here as there is a mod already in that thread maybe you would get more luck posting there

I believe that you have to log into the media center with your original password, have you changed it at all?

Is there something wrong with the media area. I have tried 5 times to upload a picture and it hangs up and all I get is a white screen
