Terror Served Up In Hotels & Restaurants

Thinking about going out to eat? Best make sure you are familiar with where your going to eat at or the Hotel your going to stay at. New terror threat indicates what you eat may be the new threat.

But...

Is this a valid threat or another terror ploy to increase the police state? This type of "threat" is being used to increase law enforcement presence in many citys and towns with little confirmation as to the legitimate background of the source in which these threats originate. Either way, citizens should perhaps stay with familiar restaurants they frequent or pack a lunch. The food supply issue has always been a hotbed topic but now with the "war on terror" gaining momentum within the law enforcement community using it and others as validation for stepped personnel and funding, there is no telling how far this and other threats will extend into our lives.

In this exclusive story, CBS News chief investigative correspondent Armen Keteyian reports the latest terror attack to America involves the possible use of poisons - simultaneous attacks targeting hotels and restaurants at many locations over a single weekend.

A key Intelligence source has confirmed the threat as "credible." Department of Homeland Security officials, along with members of the Department of Agriculture and the FDA, have briefed a small group of corporate security officers from the hotel and restaurant industries about it.

When I heard about this, I called my wife and said, " We're all going out to dinner tonight honey."

I am not going to worry about it, we just cave in to the bad guys if we let ourselves be terrorized.

Is it real? Will there be an attack? If so, will it be done by actual terrorists?

Who knows? I am not going to worry about it.
