SEOUL — Sea fog has delayed the start of a live-fire drill on a South Korean border island, the defence ministry said, after announcing the exercise would go ahead Monday despite North Korean threats.

So after all the talk the South Koreans have backed down on the planned exercises. Because of weather?

Wonder if there is more to it than this.

Pressure from the UN, US? Just a case of common sense and avoiding being nuked by a belligerent neighbor?

I can't imagine fog really being such a problem in an exercise like this.

Very nice.

Wouldn't this allow them to covertly set a False Flag, and blame N-Korea, then go for the reunification?

Do we have technology to create FOG? I'm sure we are that advanced already.

Maybe the South Korea is afraid of hitting the North Korea because of the fog...

It is pretty foggy there.

Yeah, but still if not today, they won't need a false flag just wait and NK will do something again.
They shelled SK out of no where, I think that is the last time that will happen.

You don't tell your enemy when you gonna respond, how you gonna respond etc etc..

This drill is a perfect cover.

While N-Korea is concentrating on the drill, South Korean and US could go ahead with the attack, from another position.

I doubt it. Nothing will happen tonight if NK is really standing down as has been suggested. The U.S. can keep their hands clean on this one because NK can't help themselves they will foul up again.

I'm sure they'd prefer to time their war with the lunar eclipse on the solstice right?
