**INTENSE LANGUAGE**

HEY!!! Im still beating myself up over her.....

Whenever I # something up....which is EVERYTHING...i always gotta beat myself up inside about it.

Why am I such a # up?? Why do i ALWAYS gotta # EVERYTHING up?? HUH?!?! Everything I do gets #ed up in the end...EVERY relationship iv been in...EVERY project I work on...EVERY chance for a little bit of money...I ALWAYS # IT UP!!!!! Especially lately...cant concentrate on anything...i think about her i dont want to and then i # IT UP!!!...i shouldnt be thinking about her...iv got a girlfriend...and we broke up almost 4 months ago....its not fun
Some things I plan out so carefully that nothing could go wrong...but then of course I # IT UP....some things are just so simple...but HEY!! Its me...I # UP the simplest things ever. Dyou know WHY i jsut wrote this???? Thats right...cuz I just #ED something up. Not fun...not cool....

I see this was posted a bit ago, so hopefully you're feeling better now... or at least have better perspective. There's no way you can f up EVERYTHING you do. Don't be so hard on yourself. Take it apart and see what you could have done differently. It looks from your post that you have a new girlfriend now. Maybe you're not ready for another girlfriend, even if 4 months seems like plenty long enough. Beating yourself up like this is going to be detrimental to you working your way through the things that are eating you up. Please don't. Give yourself a break, back up and take a look at the big picture, and proceed from there. Make yourself a plan.

It might seem dumb, but when I had a job troubleshooting, I'd break down my problems the same way as the manuals broke down the formats for fixing things. Put down the problem... ask yourself if it's fixable. If yes, then go to the next step, if no, then drop it and move to the next problem. Troubleshoot it like you would if trying to fix a car or computer or something. You'd be surprised how far you can get if you stop hitting yourself over the head. Hang in there and give it your best shot.

Most people would tell you, "Awww, don't feel bad man. it'll be ok. Dn't Beat yourself up about it."

These people are liars. FEEL BAD! THINGS SUCK! JUST GET PISSED OFF! Punch someone in the face, or better yet, punch yourself in the face.

Now once you have a black eye and you're crying in self pity, come back to me and i'll give you the next section of the "Scat Method on How to Solve Any Problem"

Scat your too right, sometimes all you need is to vent... and of course here at ATS we are aainst beating other people up, so the only option left is to beat yourself... and people learnthrough pain... its a primal instinct... #ing up causes pain... your brain will avoid #ing up again. Its the natural order of things
