How do you properly cook Potato Sausage

I was raised in a southern home. Mississippi/tennessee. My family has swedish background from my fathers father. Growing up my grandmother always served Potato Sausage at the Christmas eve meal.
Years have passed. Most of my family members have passed due to old age.
The other day I was in a germann Deli and I saw Potato Sausage. It brought back wonderful memories. I asked the lady at the deli how to cook it properly. She really wasn't sure. I was thinking, just boil in chicken stock. But I would hate to spend all that money and find out I screwed it up. I've looked on a couple of recipe links but I can't seem to find it..Maybe by another name???

If anyone can help me out here, it would be much appreciated.

I'm pretty sure you'd cook it like any other sausage...

boil, fry, grill, bake...whatever you want.

I've just found a recipe for Swedish Potato Sausage online and it looks delicious.

Thank you for your replies. I'm going to purchase it from the deli this Christmas. But I am definitly going to try to make my own in the future. My father inlaw has a good mixmaster with a accessory to make sausage.
