Any ATV Enthusiasts?

Hello,

To make a long story short, I've always wanted a 4 wheeler or a dirtbike growing up. And now in my boring young adult life, I think it would give a nice leisure passtime to be able to go riding!

My question is, what I'd like to find out is how I might go about building the whole thing myself using new wholesale parts?
I don't have a great deal of mechanical skills, but I was wondering if there are "KIT's" out there that walk you through the building process?

I was thinking of like a yamaha blaster, because there small and look quite simple. I've been to yamaha and kawasaki sites, but is there another way? can you buy it unassembled somehow? how much cheaper would it be?
