I have gone through many avatars and this is the first time I have had a problem with it being cut off. How do I get it to show all the way to Rudolph's feet?

add it to the background image save as repeating background image then. make a gif, with just a transparent layer, save this and use as avatar. also you could try moving it up slightly.

use my avatar if you like:

Thanks, but that will not do what I want. I want the avatar at the top and the background repeating underneath. I do not want the avatar to repeat, only the background.

Basically, you have to put the picture as your background image and use a transparent avatar.

avatar size is 170x240, yours is larger so it automatically cuts off at those dimensions. you can use Paint or Gimp or another program to reduce the size if you don't want to turn it into a background image.
