who would like to go back to that time?
a time where there is no need to be on-line 24/7 a day, just socialise to get what you want.
a time i certainly will not forget.
with the terrabytes flying around for practically nothing, and smaller/cheaper as the times go by.
would the internet elimination really impact us that hard? as consumers? i don't think so.
we would still have smart phone services to stay in contact get info.
we would still get our things for free with even more ease than now.
just buy a TB disk and give it to the right college or friend, week or so later you've got more than you would initially download you're self.
internet kill switch, its a Hollywood thing at most in my eye`s.
back to the question,
Would you like to go back to the time when the net wasn`t there.
only trading disks, and like a child on christmas day, exited, like back than, to see what's on it this time?

Part of me says yes, a return to the older ways would be good, but another part of me says that the internet has done more to connect and inform us than anything else in history. It is the last frontier of global freedom, for now. So no, overall I would not like to return to the days before internet. However, there is much about the good ole days I do value and wish I could return to, but it is innocence lost I'm afraid and we have been hurled into this rampant pace of ever evolving technology that HOPEFULLY will be one of the things that can save us in our destructive plight.
Peace,
