Russian Spammer Arrested... But Will It Matter?

Arrested when he visited Las Vegas, Oleg Nikolaenko(Mega-D) of Moscow is due in a Milwaukee court to be tried over claims he violated the CAN-SPAM Act.

Prosecutors, who say the Russian man was responsible for one-third of worldwide spam, will allege he used malicious software to take over computers, merging them all into a giant cyber net which supposedly sent out 10 billion pieces of spam a day.
