From the looks of the 'leaks' (NWO Plants) so far .. it's a big bust.
Nothing spectacular. No big smoking gun.
Just a bunch of countries spying on each other and calling each other names.

REAL UFO FILES and disclosure would be something big.
But I won't hold my breath on this.
