Genetically designing and reincarnation and aliens and extra-terrestrials regard the physical body as a container a mechanism so if you design a variety of physical bodys you end up with all kinds of extra terrestrial interesting beautiful races some of the aliens look quite weird and have interesting names and intergalactic addresses I make no comment about time and space because when you have a time machine it is all most irrelevant I must commend you on your work and I sincerely encourage you to pursue all extra-terrestrial phenomenon and science.
