Like I said before, whatever TPTB decide to do is constitutional. The Constitution itself is utterly meaningless to people
who ignore it whenever they damn well please.
These are people who will nail you to the wall every day with your own willingness to accept
their mindlessly broad "interpretation" of things like the commerce clause. I mean, literally. If this is constitutional, there is nothing they can't
do. It's a liberal's wet dream. I don't think the founders intended that. Not after what they went through.
