Saturday Night Live has to be up there. Anybody who's anything in comedy has been on this show... I adore SNL.

Seinfeld is a classic that goes without saying. I would definitely say one of the funniest television shows to ever hit the air.

Although, I really like much of the more recent stuff you see nowadays. It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia is ridic, as is South Park, Frisky Dingo, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Harvey Birdman, 30 Rock, Scrubs, Reno 911!..

Not to mention everything British, like The Mighty Boosh, The Office (UK), Black Books, Fawlty Towers, Monty Python, I could go on.

And there is heaps of fantastic Aussie stuff which I don't think many are familiar with.

There are a few shows that I'll catch the re-runs of every once in a while that I like. I don't think I'd call them the funniest shows ever, but I enjoy them.

For instance, I just caught an episode of How I Met Your Mother followed by the New Adventures of Old Christine. Both of them are fun shows.

I'm going to have to go along with the people who said Tosh.0. I think it's the funniest show on right now that I've seen.

Most shows don't make me laugh out loud, but Daniel Tosh makes me laugh like Chapelle did before him.

As for Tosh.0, I still can't believe he's basically getting away with the stuff he says sometimes.
It's kind of refreshing. I mean, many of his comments could be taken as racist or stereotypical, but since he bashes on EVERYONE, including his own, it makes it tolerable...something other white comedians before him have never been able to do.

What was with Raising hope having the Crazy Salesman screaming about Ron Paul 2012!!!

Come on now, we don't need that kind of representation

COMMUNITY!

Community is a hilarious show, it's incredibly experimental and clever. It's also one of those shows that is in danger of getting cancelled all the time. I have a feeling that once it's done, it'll be one of those things where a few years from now everyone starts finding it and flips out over it like they did with Arrested Development.

It stars Chevy Chase, Joel McHale, the absolutely beautiful and talented Alison Brie and Gillian Jacobs, plus Donald Glover who some might know as the rapper Childish Gambino. It's currently on NBC on Thursday nights at 8 PM Eastern. It and Parks and Recreation are two of the best and funniest shows on TV right now.

Here are some of the crazy episodes they've done:

-An all stop-motion Christmas musical episode.
-A fake clip show using clips from episodes we never saw.
-A paintball action-movie parody episode
-A paintball Western-themed episode that in the next episode turns into a Star Wars-type thing.
-A zombie (well...rabies, but it's definitely a zombie parody thing) episode with an ABBA soundtrack.
-An episode where 7 different possible storylines are explored based on the different time-lines created by a roll of the dice.
-A mob movie parody episode built around the characters taking over the chicken finger distribution on campus.
-A surprisingly tender and heartfelt episode that consists mostly of a game of Dungeons and Dragons that's not about mocking the game.

And that's just the theme episodes. There's so much hilarious stuff. Like the bizarre omni-sexual Dean who has a tendency to dress in strange outfits.John Oliver pops up every so often as an alcoholic professor:

Seriously, everyone should watch it. Every season starts out pretty shaky, but it quickly gets great. Here's some clips.

This one is from an episode that plays off the mockumentary style of shows like The Office and Parks and Recreation. Featurs Levar Burton:

Here's the Chevy Chase character's segment from the most recent episode where all the characters are telling ghost stories:

Almost every episode ends with a tag involving the Troy (Donald Glover) and Abed (Danny Pudi) characters:

Have I told you to watch the show yet? Seriously, watch this show.
