During remarks that she made for the 15th Anniversary of the International Conference on Population and Development, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced the launch of a new program that according to Clinton will now become the centerpiece of U.S. foreign policy. This new program is known as the Global Health Initiative, and it is being incredibly well-funded at a time when the U.S. government is drowning in debt. According to Clinton, 63 billion dollars will be spent by the U.S. to prevent pregnancies and to improve "family planning" services around the globe over the next six years. In other words, the new centerpiece of U.S. foreign policy is all about eugenics and population control.

In addition to new funding, we’ve launched a new program that will be the centerpiece of our foreign policy, the Global Health Initiative, which commits us to spending $63 billion over six years to improve global health by investing in efforts to reduce maternal and child mortality, prevent millions of unintended pregnancies, and avert millions of new HIV infections, among other goals. This initiative will employ a new approach to fighting disease and promoting health.

It is necessary, you cannot deny. China is an example of what happens when there are too many people. Yes the studies show that we can all live in Australia with some half acre of land each and there would still be however much amount of land left. But the truth is that not all 6 billion of us are farmers. The majority of us consume twice as much as the minority, and in a single day in our every day lives use thrice the amount of energy and resources than probably a billion of the minority use in a year. In a modernized society, population control is necessary, to reduce consumption. For those who live in poverty, population control is necessary as well. The methods used to control population could be considered wrong, but the fact remains population control is needed to reduce the impact we have on the planet. We all COULD live in australia, but we don't, and never will, so we have to work around these factors. education is the best route, but people like to have sex without condoms, and it is funner not to pull out. you can't help it. education works in the states to some degree, until you are confronted with society as represented on TV, then all that education is blown to bits. The best model of this is modern Indian society. Consumption in a well off modern family of four living in a metro is exponentially more than a family of 8 working on the farm. lifestyle is what needs to be controlled, but it cannot be. therefore you control how many people can have access to that destructive lifestyle by controlling the birth rate. this has nothing to do with race, otherwise abortion clinics around the world would deny all the white folks the right to abort their babies.
How are they forcing sterilization? if you are going to say chemtrails, dont bother. i guarantee theres no squad emplyed by any government that is going around cutting off men's testicles. at least not yet.

Education is the #1 solution, in certain provinces in India women get their first and only child at age 28, compared to other provinces where women get their first child at age 18. Longer education postpones childbirth and also serves as enlightenment. If everyone on planet earth lived like the US and the UK the earth could sustain less than 2 billion people, some scientist believe we already passed the tipping point.

It's not as black and white as merely being about a lack of education. Half of the world lives on less than $2 a day. There's fresh clean water shortages, heavy pollution, and many other factors that lead to people who can't properly care for their selves and do what's best for their communities.

I'm all for population control measures being accelerated. The only ones who seem to be against it are the mentally challenged and uneducated.
