North Korea First Blood

beforeitsnews.com

The situation in North Korea is becoming extremely explosive. The artillery attack the other day in South Korea was massive and unprovoked. North Korea is now threatening all-out war if the United States proceeds with military drills off the coast of South Korea on Sunday. If a war breaks out on the Korean Peninsula President Obama will be to blame. Iran and Syria are the axis of evil and are allies to North Korea. It is my opinion that North Korea has been watching President Obama's performance in foreign relations in regards to his treatment of Israel. They see Israel's main Ally the Unite

Hi, just found this on Before It Is News.Com. I wonder what will happen when the USA continues it's military drills? I think the North is just scaremongering. They cannot be that stupid, can they? Or on the other hand to save the many people who would be killed should a war start, will the USA quit the drills for one day? Personally I think the drills should continue, to stop them would be a massive show of weakness and it would undermine all the USA stands for. If USA did stop the drills it would show the world that with a little bit of push they will bow down to whoever. Now, I don't want to see a war start, but the way the world is just now I am sure it has got to a point where it is a matter of when and not if. Perhaps drills will continue and all goes well, I really hope so for the sake of everyone.

Peace,

Seq

Same pattern as before. They want unilateral talks and no doubt money. It seems to be a pattern they have repeated over and over again.

I think it's all bravado.

I find the article intresting in the fact its going to blame the US for war. So let me see if I understand this.. The North can attack and kill people freely without being held accountible. If the US continues with war games, we are the ones who are repsonsible for war..

When in hell has it become a matter of course to go after Democratic counries, yet do nothing towards countries who are violating UN Resolutions (namely the cease fire in this case?

Personally the drills should continue because they have been scheduled for months now, and the North has known about them, but are chooising to use them to their own propoganda.

Appeasement does not work, and will not work in this case because in order to appease South Korea would need to surrender unconditially.

North Korea got another wake up call with the recent Chinese stance, which was relayed to PyongYang that if they continue to be provocative, they are going to be on their own.

Why should we continue to reward for bad behavior?

Whos business is it for north korea to tell another country what they can do on their land and in THEIR waters get real..... Yes it was a planned practice that North Korea knew about it then started their same old #...Telling south korea what they can and can't do after the fact... No one stops north korea from practicing drills on their land they just did it yesterday with artillery rounds hitting their own land any wrong in that??? Two way street buddy......
Thought were sending the USS George Washington to provoke them on sunday?? I can't wait to see north korea do nothing while staring down the big old ship all they will do is keep on whining like big babies..

Hi, yeah it is crazy to say they will blame the USA for a war that they will start. That is like a thief saying to a shopkeeper that it is the shop keepers fault he is getting robbed because he did not give out his goods for nothing.
At least everyone will know who really started it if it starts.

Peace,

Seq

South Korea admitted its missiles strayed into north Korea's waters, south Korea fired the dude in charge of the blunder, china says it doesn't want the war games going on in its waters which include the yellow sea, so America and south Korea will hold the drills far from anywhere that would cause a problem, nothing is going to happen at all, absolutely zero.

Hi, has the USA stated that they will hold the drills elsewhere? I cannot recall seeing any article which stated these facts. If that is the case then you are correct and nothing will happen. Chances were nothing would happen anyway.

Peace,

OMG people, don't you check the sources of what you read? So much for "Deny Ignorance", it comes from a hoax news website.

Although I do not doubt that North Korea is threatening war, I agree with these two posts in that beforeitsnews.com as a source is a bit sketchy. I will be on the lookout for other sources mentioning possible war, and if there are others that can find some and post them in this thread, that would be good.

There was a prediction made by many that WWIII would start in November. The month is closing fast, and this is the "last chance" for war to start, even though North Korea has threatened South Korea countless times now. We will have to wait and see.

Although this is true, personally when it comes to threads about NK threats, I don't bother checking sources anymore 'cause Kim is very likely to have said it.
He has said everything imaginable relating to the SK/US. Every other press release from NK is a threat, complaint, or just plain whining. It wouldn't surprise me if he said it. It's also not gonna surprise me when I wake up one morning to hear that we are currently running a late night carpet bombing campaign to pre-emptively (sp?) destroy all NK artillery on the border. Someone will have to shut them up eventually.

Every month there is a new batch of predictions here at ATS. It has almost surpassed the TV in terms of imaginative entertainment for me hahaha.

Although I must say, this may be taking it to the next level. I recall China expressing EXTREME disinterest in the US coming to the Yellowsea. This is also the first time NK has taken such extreme military action against SK in years! We MAY be entering a new chapter, although I hope this passes by as just a footnote!

There is many idiots at that web site but if you actually read some of it not all are like that. It is knowing when something is the truth and when something is not is what has to be decided. You do not know me so there is no need to imply that I am ignorant. If you do not agree with or like what you are reading, you can say so without resorting to slanderous comments.

Peace,

First, when calling others dumb, you should do so with proper grammar/spelling. If not, it becomes sort of hypocritical and obsolete (there are many idiots at that site).

Secondly, who are you talking to?

Thirdly, don't you yourself result to slander by calling others (who you don't know) idiots? Or by saying they are uninformed?

Hmmm...could be. Didn't Crazy Kim just basically crown his son heir to the empire a little bit ago?

This could just be a "Take my son seriously, he is as crazy as I am" kind of shout for attention.
