Women survivors of the 1995 Srebrenica massacre in Bosnia have demonstrated to demand compensation for the failure of Dutch peacekeepers to protect the town. The UN had designated the mainly Muslim town a safe haven, and the Dutch troops were there to defend civilians.

This sounds legal, is it? The Dutch already offred to settle for 2 billion Euros.

Anyway, what a pickle. The guys go there to help and then get a bad performance review. I guess a massacre on your watch is below average performance in town protection duties.
