Astral projecting and OOBE?

I don't know a lot about either Astral projecting or out of body experiences because I've never experienced either one, but I've noticed that when one person mentions Astral projecting, out of body experience is mentioned not too far afterwards. I was wondering if anyone could describe to me what the difference is between these two things. They both seem the same to me

Try doing a search before you post, I know there was a topic on this not to long ago, but I shall answer your question anyways, just because I'm so nice . Astral Projection is considered more spiritual and OBE is considered more scientific, although to me they don't have much difference.
