This is not looking good for the DOJ. Ha, ha.

The implications found within the 144 page report issued by the non-partisan U.S. Commission on Civil Rights regarding the investigations into the New Black Panther voter intimidation case from 2008 appears to strongly indicate a cover up initiated by figures within the Obama Department of Justice, and quite possibly the White House itself. Within the context of this cover up, are found accusations of intimidation and non compliance within the Department of Justice throughout the comprehensive investigation.

At the heart of the investigation are allegations the Department of Justice aggressively prevented some within its own department from fully and fairly investigating the Black Panther voter intimidation case filed shortly after the 2008 presidential election.

We need to start seeing some perp walks, indictments, convictions and incarcerations of people working in the obama White House, Justice and Treasury departments.

They have clearly violated the law, and they did it under the "color of law."

This has been the most racially and legally divisive political administration in modern US history.

Yes, and I suspect it is all part of the plan. Re-ignite racial hostilities.

You got it. It's pretty transparent IMO. Ditto for the DREAM ACT (DemocratsRepublicansEncouragingAmnestyforMexicans)

Don't take the bait and the more it's talked about openly the less people will follow their agenda.

I am positive that this was the same subject of another thread - not the CRC report, but the WaPo disclosure of witnesses who were willing to talk and naming names. It sort of predicted that this might be an outcome.

My contribution was to ponder whether someone would soon be asking this question:

"What did the president know, and when did he know it?"

(any of you young uns know where THAT comes from?)

If the White House really were implicated in this, it'd be a pretty clear indication that the DOJ is simply a tool for executing the President's political whims.

Just like the widespread allegations of vote fraud in the elections at the beginning of the month...they were suffocated before they hit the press.

This story will fester on the back pages until the Spring, when somebody remembers it while they are looking for damage against Obama.

So, who did this at the WH? Is there a "Committee to RE-Elect the President?" (and you all know where THAT comes from.....)

I'm beginning to wonder how much influence the 'black elites' have. Or do you think that the 'elite' are just rich white folk? hahahahahaahah Come on now. Be wiser than that! Keep this in mind...there IS a black president in the white house. And, some say that Oprah was the reason for it. Then you have people like: Jay-Z, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Denzel, just to name a FEW. Also, there are black masons. So, who's to say.

Like i wrote in another blog...maybe there is a war going on between the elites. Maybe some people have had enough of the 'white man's" politics and have decided to do something about it. Keep this in mind, blacks built america...and have been oppressed more than any other race on this planet. They are a resilient people and have been known to stand up against tyrrants...so......maybe there is hope for minorities!

I see a resignation of Eric Holder
waiting in the wings. He'll be the
scapegoat just like Scooter Libby
was for Bush on the Valerie Plame
debacle. Then after Holder is convicted
he'll get a presidential pardon just like
Libby did.

What a [snip] up corrupt government
we have. Dysfunctional to the rotten core.

Are you sure that Libby got a presidential pardon? For some reason, I am disremembering that fact.

Here. I just answered my own question.

Bush did not pardon Scooter Libby.
