I am not sure that this was ever reported. The attached report is in some detail. (link attached below)
Am sure the 'earthquake' drill in the UK was a similar exercise, but disguised so not to worry the public.
Seems like there is a lot of preparedness taking place, which is probably a good thing.

One has to wonder why this scenario looks likely enough to train for.

could be why they are training kids in schools not to touch downed ufo's.......

because they probably will be unexploded bombs
