DHS: Opt-Out of Naked Scan = "Domestic Extremist"

This how they can justify applying the powers of the patriot act to anyone they please. All it takes is a document that describes this behavior or that belief as "extremist" or "terrorist".

They paint with a broad brush to include as many people as possible.

If you believe in your constitutionally protect rights, you are a terrorist.

If you don't submit to government monitoring, you are an extremist.

That way they can have a document to bring to court if any of us terrorists and extremist attempt to actually use our rights to defend ourselves.

Writing is on the wall!
