City police have issued a Western Canada-wide warrant for a man facing sex-related charges.
He allegedly failed to disclose that he was HIV positive before engaging in sexual activity with four Calgary teens.
Apay Ogouk, 26, turned himself into Calgary police in August after warrants were issued for his arrest for similar offences that took place in Winnipeg.
Ogouk now faces one charge of sexual interference with a minor and four charges of aggravated sexual assault for incidents in Calgary. He is currently in the custody of Winnipeg police.
Ogouk was diagnosed HIV positive in May 2006, but allegedly did not tell this to the victims before having sex with them.
Police say the Calgary incidents took place over a period of time between 2007 and 2010.
The victims are 12, 15, 16 and 18 years of age. All are being tested for sexual transmitted infections. The health status of the victims cannot be disclosed for privacy reasons.
