I am yet to see Fahrenheit 9/11, so can't give an opinion one way or the other, however, I just read David Icke's opinion on www.davidicke.com... and include it here.

First of all it is great to see that information kept from the people, basic as it is in this documentary, is being made available to counter some of the massive bias in the mainstream media. To Americans who know nothing about the political and media manipulation it will be a revelation, but those who have done a modicum of research will find little here to increase their awareness.

The documentary misses an enormous opportunity to reveal the true scale of the conspiracy behind 9/11 and current events ...

As with Bowling for Columbine, Moore picks an easy and obvious target while often massively missing the point. Getting rid of Bush is not going to change anything except the rhetoric and the presentation. The agenda will continue whichever of them should win. Where was the fact that both Bush and Kerry are initiates of the same elite and Skull and Bones Society, for example, which both refuse to talk about?

Yea, I was wondering why he didn't focus more on 9/11, guess its too touchy of a subject. But both Bush and Kerry are related and go back to Charlemagne. This fits in with Icke's assertion about the Illuminati stemming from the Sumer region in that Charlemagne is related to the Egypytian pharoahs who were the origins of the bloodline. Note the Gaza pyramid or religious center of Egypt on the dollar bill.

Charlemagne? If you go back that far, I'm pretty sure that you or I, or both of us, are also related to Charlemagne, and thus Bush & Kerry as well...

The farther you go back in time on a family tree, the more people you find yourself being indirectly related to; and this number of people increases at an exponential rate the farther back in time you go...

Right on.

I have read that everywhere about Kerry and Bush, I suppose I can see the significates of it. But then I see that even I am a descendant of Charlemagne and prolly about 12,000 other people are it doesnt seem so important..lol

Well, aside from the Ancient Bloodline of Egypt and all that, there is still a potential problem of the 'Skull and Bones' link with 'Political Officials'. Taken to an even larger and less 'Targeted' perspective of the situation, the problem lies within the 'Specific Grooming and Placement of High Ranking Officials within Government'. Being that it is not made for this thread though, I'll leave that alone for now.

Icke summed up the Moore movie pretty well in my opinion though. As for Moore and the movie stopping short of revealing the more important and significant elements behind :"The Grand Conspiracy" in all it's glory, is most likely because doing so in a movie is impossible, even if knew and had the proof, it would be beyond the scope of one two hour film. Then there is the problem of actually explaining such things to a population of people who fear such information and refuse it when it's revealed to them.

As for Moore not showing any Solid Answers or Conclusions, IMO, it is because it's more complicated than that and you just can't 'Wrap it all up' in the end with one or a few Simple Solid Conclusions. It's beyond 'Bush' or 'Ashcroft' or 'Saudi Money', yet does include them in the mix to some degree. Establishing a Solid Conclusion under such conditions is extremely unlikely, especially, when put into a 'Film for the Sheeple'. With that in mind, the next best thing is simply 'Shake the People Awake' and 'Get them Thinking and Questioning and Talking' about what is going on around them.

Perhaps Moore is waiting to focus on the society aspects in the sequel...
