We've often heard that city's, capital ones especially, are the ones that are akin to islands. Always needing constant re-supply with goods every
day or so. In addition the distance that the goods have to come in from is often exponentially a lot further than normal too.
With this in mind, where do you think are the most self-sufficient cities in the world for food supply, electricity and spare machine parts...
My thoughts on this are the following 3 city's:
Moscow
Wellington
Rekjavack
