Mexico hunting 12-year-old drug gang hitman

(Reuters) - Soldiers are hunting a 12-year-old suspected drug gang hitman accused of helping wage a gruesome turf war in central Mexico, a state prosecutor and Mexican media said on Friday.

I first read it on Greek site which said that the druglords pay these kids 3000$ per hit.It is not mentioned in the reuters article so i don't know if it is 100% truth but i wouldn't doubt it.
When i read this i was shocked of how the cartels are using children.I knew they were using on occasion children to sell drugs but make them commit murder?Where is this world going to?

child soldiers far younger than this kid have been used in war for a long time

at least this kid is getting paid

though it is pretty messed up i admit

I didn't know that.That is why i was so shocked and amazed.
I knew that using kids for errands was common,but 12 year old hitmen?
