Ok, I am asking a question for those who know what the Gulf Stream Shift Etc will do to the Climate (Another Ice Age Etc) .. So what places in the world will be in Tropical/Beach front property. Are there any forward projections on this? Why not buy now and at least have beach front in our new world


PS I think Lex Luther had a Similar Plan in Superman 1 lol
