I don't think I can say much more.

I just laid the other side of the story, which could be as true as your side.

Unless we know more about her, we can't decide.

The OP has to provide more information regarding her character.

For example my X was a straight up girl, very straight up, meaning she would tell you exactly what was in her mind .. If she didn't like something, she would tell me.

The OP's girl friend sounds like a straight up girl, if she is, and if she didn't want to be with him, she would tell him straight up, that is exactly what straight up means.

You have a point, but after what americandingbat brought to light, I doubt we will find out any more about her character.
