The G-forces wouldn't be of trouble if the train is slowly accelerated and slowed down. Both ends of the tunnel would have special sections for this to happen and there would be things like chairs in specific angles to help the process.

i saw this same show like 2 years ago i have seen it twice. This same thing was in a recent issue of popular science.
