I'm trying to compile a basic list of the bad stuff we typically consume day to day, so as to try and avoid it. So far I've got:
Fluoride
Mercury
Bisphenol A
Hydrogenated Oils
Trans Fat
High Fructose Corn Syrup
MSG
Aspertame
Hormones
Steroids
Pesticides
GMO's
I'm curious to learn about the different types of additives and preservatives that are out there.
I'm also curious about where the aluminum/barium found in soil comes from (I don't really buy into chemtrails).
Please add your own contributions, or help elaborate on those that I've already listed.
Hydrocarbons eh? I'm gonna look into this. Also, while it's not legal in Canada, Monsanto still shoots up cows with Posilac (a growth hormone,
right?) which can't possibly be good for a person's health.
-Found in beef and chicken if I'm not mistaken. Injected to livestock to improve them in some ways but they can be bad to humans and society as a
whole.
