How To Make a Prediction Thread(fill in the blank and multiple choice)

I see that on ATS, one of the most popular type of threads are prediction threads, so I took my time to make a simple form that you can fill out to make your predictions sound genuine and help you make it to the front page with lots of flags and stars! yay! Here's a simple guide if you want to start a prediction thread:

Hi, my name is _*insert mystical name here*_ and I:

a) am an Alien from planet _*insert planet name*_ and im here to reveal the future to you earthlings.

b) work for the _*insert big corporation or us. govt branch*_ and i heard that

c) Have a friend whose _*insert relative*_ works at _*insert name of govt brand or corporation*_ and he said that

d) Had a dream/feeling the other day. It was about

e) I noticed this subliminal message in a cartoon/tv show that said that

On _*insert date*_ there's going to be

a) nuclear explosion/ff

b) Bank run/financial collapse

c) disclosure

d) big earthquake

e) ww3

f) insert alternative doom/Armageddon


next part is very important make sure you include a disclamer that goes something like this;

"now i know that there's going to be lots of sceptics/nonbelievers/disinfo agents that try to prevent the truth from getting out, but im still posting this because it is very important that this message goes viral."

or

"now im not saying this is gonna happen, im only saying what i heard, so take it for what it is"

those type of statements add more credibility to your thread.

And there it is, folks, a simple guide to ensure you get maximum amount of doom/fear loathing flaggers.

However, you forgot "don't take my word for it, research this yourself!" and "if we all pull together, we can ensure that this doesn't happen!"

Those two ensure implied credibility and provide an "out" when nothing happens (ala "The Agency".)

My favorite is the added touch of putting "PROOF" in big capitol letters in the title, with no proof whatsoever.

"Full disclosure is coming AND I HAVE PROOF!"
